You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration and ensure that your account details remain current at all times. Where available, deposits and withdrawals are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotional offer. All bonuses carry an expiry period, which commences from the date of credit to your account unless otherwise stated. Bonus funds and associated winnings that are not used within the specified expiry period will be removed from your account balance without notice or compensation.
9999pk reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer; coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus conditions; staking patterns that constitute a low-risk abuse of a wagering requirement; or any other behaviour inconsistent with good-faith recreational play.

All bets are subject to acceptance at the operator's discretion. A bet is not confirmed until a confirmation reference has been issued. 9999pk reserves the right to decline, void, or restrict any bet where the operator reasonably suspects an error in odds, technical malfunction, or irregular betting activity.

In the event of a technical error, incorrect odds publication, or system malfunction, 9999pk reserves the right to void affected bets and return Real Money stakes to users' accounts. No winnings arising from demonstrably incorrect odds or system errors will be honoured.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 9999pk platform. Breach of any item in this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:
9999pk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its discretion, including in circumstances where: (a) a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed; (b) account activity triggers fraud detection or AML (Anti-Money Laundering) procedures; (c) the user has applied an operator-side self-exclusion; or (d) the operator ceases to offer services in the user's jurisdiction.
Users may request permanent account closure at any time by contacting 9999pk support. Where a closure request is accompanied by a responsible gambling concern, the account will be treated as a self-exclusion and the user will not be permitted to re-register for the duration of the exclusion period.
Upon account closure, any verified Real Money Balance (net of applicable bonus conditions) will be returned to the user via their verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of all outstanding KYC requirements and provided no fraud investigation is in progress.

9999pk shall not be liable for: (a) loss of profits, loss of winnings, or loss of opportunity arising from platform downtime, odds errors, or bet voidance; (b) indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind; (c) interruption of service caused by third-party payment providers, telecommunications outages, or circumstances beyond the operator's reasonable control; or (d) any financial loss arising from a user's failure to understand applicable bonus terms prior to accepting a promotional offer.
